Shipping & Returns



Order Processing

Your hair product purchase will be processed immediately upon receipt of your order. We will contact you via e-mail or phone immediately and will issue you a confirmation number. If you have any queries regarding your order, please use this confirmation number for reference purposes.

Your product will be shipped the next business day. If we receive your order after 2:00 pm (MST) it will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs and Options

The Seymour Hair Company ships worldwide and works with Canada Post to ensure that all orders are fulfilled and delivered to your door quickly and efficiently. At the time of shipping we will provide you with a Canada Post tracking number so that you may track your parcel.

Order Shipping

If the product you ordered is not available for immediate shipment, we will contact you via e-mail or phone immediately to and give you an estimated date of shipment.


Did We Make a Mistake?

We know that you will absolutely love your hair product, but please take a minute and inspect your purchase to ensure that you have received the length and colour that you ordered.

If we made a mistake and filled your order incorrectly, we will incur the costs of shipping the product back to us and the reshipping of your correct purchase. Again, please note that there will be no refunds or credits issued.

We recommend that you purchase insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns.


More Shipping Information You Should Know About

If an order was shipped to you and was returned back to us due to either being refused, unclaimed or because of an incorrect shipping address you had given us, we will reluctantly have to charge you an additional $ 5.00 for the order to be reprocessed and obviously you will have to pay for the new shipping and handling charges.

Prior to reshipping your purchase, we will inform you of the returned order, the reprocessing fee and the shipping and handling costs. Should you decide not to reship the product, we will issue you a refund for the order total LESS a 15% restocking fee per item. If the returned item was our error, we will reship at no extra cost to you.

If your order shows through tracking that it was delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 2 days of the delivery date shown by the shipping service for any credit or shipment of product to be considered.
